Takeoff Social

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

Takeoff Social LLC ("Takeoff Social," "we," "us," or "our") provides software that helps automotive dealerships and other businesses ("Dealers") create marketing content and communicate with their customers, including through a website chat assistant and follow-up messaging. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our services (the "Services"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

When you interact with a chat assistant or other tool that we operate on behalf of a Dealer, that Dealer is the party responsible for deciding why your information is collected (the data controller). We process that information as a service provider on the Dealer's behalf, and also for our own limited purposes described below. If you have questions about a specific Dealer's practices, please contact that Dealer directly.

1. Information we collect

Information collected automatically

2. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your messages to train third-party advertising models.

3. Automated messages, calls, and AI-generated content

The chat assistant and certain follow-up messages may be generated using automated means, including artificial intelligence. If you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, the Dealer or Takeoff Social acting on the Dealer's behalf may send you informational text messages or place calls, which may use automated technology and AI-generated content. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Consent to receive such messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. See the Dealer's messaging program terms for details.

4. How we share information

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods for information held on a Dealer's behalf are directed by that Dealer.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights. Because we often process information on a Dealer's behalf, we may direct your request to the relevant Dealer or ask you to submit it through them. To make a request or ask a question, contact us at privacy@takeoffsocial.com.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
